4. Worker Obligations
As a worker using our Platform, you agree to:

- Upload genuine documents (CV, certificates, passport)
- Keep your profile information up to date
- Not create multiple accounts or false profiles
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior
- Respond promptly to employer inquiries
5. Employer Obligations
As an employer using our Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about job opportunities
- Post legitimate job offers only
- Comply with employment laws and regulations
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Handle worker data in accordance with data protection laws
- Pay agreed wages and provide conditions as advertised
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
- Scrape or collect data without authorization
- Use the Platform for illegal recruitment practices
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Phaethon HR or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. User Content
By submitting content (profiles, documents, job postings), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.
You retain ownership of your content and may request its deletion at any time.
9. Employment Relationships
Construction Jobs Greece is a job matching platform only. We:
- Do not guarantee employment or job placement
- Are not party to any employment contracts
- Do not verify all employer claims or credentials
- Are not responsible for employer-worker disputes
- Do not handle visa or work permit applications
Workers and employers are responsible for their own employment agreements and legal compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for actions of employers or workers
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any)
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phaethon HR and Construction Jobs Greece from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your employment relationships or disputes
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Receive multiple user complaints
- Remain inactive for extended periods
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
