• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Handle worker data in accordance with data protection laws
• Pay agreed wages and provide conditions as advertised

6. Prohibited Activities

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
• Scrape or collect data without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

8. User Content

By submitting content (profiles, documents, job postings), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.

You retain ownership of your content and may request its deletion at any time.

9. Employment Relationships

Construction Jobs Greece is a job matching platform only. We:

• Do not guarantee employment or job placement
• Are not party to any employment contracts
• Do not verify all employer claims or credentials
• Are not responsible for employer-worker disputes
• Do not handle visa or work permit applications

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Termination
